• Original packaging must be intact

• All accessories must be included

• The product must not be damaged due to misuse

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

• The packaging is missing

• The item shows signs of heavy wear

• The return request is made after 7 days from delivery

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer
